Pitter-Patter Enterprises, Inc. (PPE)

and its subsidiary, Biz Projx, is a new endeavor

conceived by Patrick Pitter MD, a recently-retired

health-care professional who always envisioned

himself becoming a small business entrepreneur/

owner upon his retirement from the service sector.

Dr Pitter believes that, apart from contributing to

humanity in the service sector, the well-being of

mankind can also be well-served by empowering

ordinary individuals and their communities.

He says, "While empowering ourselves, we can

provide assistance and leadership to others in

need. We can, and must, become mentors to

help the strugglers among us to become

entrepreneurs, property owners, job-creaters

and producers of tangible goods.

We must teach the man who eats fish how to fish.
Self-sufficiency is self-preservation that benefits

mankind globally. The focus is local and the locus is global".
