LEGALServiciz (Legal Services) BizProjx feels that the availability of affordable (or free) legal services is one of the pilars of social, economic and political empowerment of individuals and communities in crisis. Citizens of economically disadvantaged communities are the ones most at risk and most in need of affordable legal aid, to help tackle unfair instititutional policies and fend off unscrupulous business practicies, as well as, inter-personal relationships. If citizens cannot afford standard legal aid or advice, we feel obligated to refer them to free para-legal services or empower them with do-it-yourself tools to tackle issues such as: domestic violence, conflict resolution, Immigration, Criminal, Malpractice, labor arbitration, consumer fraud Import-Export,Taxation, unfair evictions, International relations, Copyright, etc. CHAPTER 13
feels the ordinary citizen needs to know that he, or she, might not need to engage
a lawyer to negotiate an apartment lease or even get a divorce. Simple forms, when properly filled out, will enable them to achieve those relatively simple tasks. The ordinary citizen needs not be frightened by the law but should be aware that the law isan ally in our daily lives. You also need to know that the law profession is a necessary and noble one, and a lawyer is not replaceable. The saying "Only a fool knows everything. A wise man knows how little he knows". There is also another saying which says something like this.... "Its only a fool that has himself for a lawyer". I can't remember the exact quote, or where it comes from, but you need to be aware that certain cases may be "over your head" and that an attorney, or at least a para-legal needs to be consulted somewhere along the way. LEGALServiciz wants to be encourage all citizens to seek legal advise when the subject matter is not well understood, where the subject needs clarification Rocket Lawyer is one of the advertisers that we support. The staff at BizProjx wants you to know that we are aware of the importance of “content” on our web pages. It is not sufficient to put a title on a blank web page, stack it with ads of a particular or non-particular theme,and expect the general public to keep revisiting your website. We don’t believe visitors keep coming back just because a search engine deposited them here. We believe that the text on the pages, the “content”, around which the ads are placed, is more important self-improvement, then expanding the effort to the surrounding communities. Our intent is to rewrite the definition of “home-based business”.
Having said all that, we are appealing to persons who feel they can teach a skill, become mentors and enablers, to contribute to our effort to identify citizens who are victims of the economic managerial or entrepreneurial promise or skills. We are appealing to providers, who can help us writing“content” topics that address the thrust to create small businesses at home and merge them with computer literacy. In other words, employ computer applications to small business ideas. We encourage all concerned persons to get in touch and get involved or donate skills, time and/or funds to enable us to reach and help as many persons as possible. These courses are commonly free courses being taught in most Adult Education Programs in high schools, evening schools programs.summer school programsand in community colleges around the nation and around the world.
These courses are taught in just a few hours and over a few weeks even in On-Line tutorial programs, .....free. There is virtually no excuse for not taking advantage of a free basic computer course that will improve one’s computer skills beyond just reading e-mails and playing computer games.
