from the CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
A has authority to carry out orders as stipulated in
Office Policy rules and regulations.

assign and change work schedules for A, and
B(prospective employee/staff member).
· A, cannot hire, promote or fire, but can make

1. Billing medical insurance claims, maintenance and
upgrade of Billing Codes, maintenance and upgrade of
Diagnostic Codes, preparation and processing weekly
paychecks, quarterly and annual payroll reports,
preparation and maintenance of accounting and tax
records, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Petty Cash,
processing of in-coming and out-going mail.
2. Maintenance of Office Policy file cards, orientation
of new staff members, orientation, training, supervision
of B (prospective employee/staff member). Maintenance
of office procedures/instructions s. a. How To Operate
EKG, How To perate Holter, etc.
3. Maintenance and upgrade of computer pages and lists
s. a. Daily Chores, Computer and Office Operations,
Computer Affairs, Sign-In/Sign-Out, Executive Clipboard,
No-Fault Insurance/Workman’s Compensation List,
Office Supply & Re-Order List, Pharmaceutical Supplies
& Re-Order List, Insurance Carrier List, In-House Services
